"Highly recommend this lovely family run hotel in a quiet location outside rethymno. Beach is down the road. The entire staff/family was warm, welcoming and professional. All our needs were addressed with joy and compassion. The hosts offered detailed advice about all the great places to visit. My husband had a health issue and we were pointed to the best clinic. As well, due to the issue, extra care was taken in our room. Truly a gem of a small hotel!"

"Perfekt läge nära stranden och restauranger. Även nära till mataffärer. Hjälpsam personal. "Summer Dream was the best hotel we could ask for. It was extremely modern, great view, and the town of Rethymno has a wonderful downtown area. If you go, I recommend Achinos, I believe it is spelled. The best food we had in Greece. Summer dream is also located next to many markets including SKYNKA, which is walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It was the best part of our trip in Crete. "

"Es war sehr sauber und der Service war gut. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern und luxuriös. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, dafür ist das Bad im Verhältnis zu klein geraten. Dafür gibt es eine sehr schöne Regenduschen. Nicht schön ist, dass das Hotel keinem Parkplatz auf dem Gelände hat. Es gibt allerdings einen kosten Parkplatz 150 Meter entfernt. "Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!"

"Very beautiful views atop a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean. The road up is a challenge, for sure. Probably unlike anything else you have driven, but very doable with a little patience. The size of the place it a little tight for a family of 4, but you can make it work. The pool and patio are lovely and the hosts are very kind. "

"This is a brand new hotel. Besides the 2 pools, it has direct access to the beach. The facilities are new but the design in the room doesn't seem very practical. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. The light and temperature control switches are built into the wall and hard to find and use. Besides that, this is one of the better option if you are staying in Rethymno. "
