"A wee bit of confusion about what room I had booked when I arrived, but that was quickly sorted out. AC was quick and very welcome in the humidity, Beds were comfortable, and the in-room Spa Bath was fantastic! However, there was no fan in the bathroom to help steam escape, so the bathroom window (which went out to the main landing) needed to be open… the lack of security stays on this window did leave me slightly concerned for my privacy while in the bathroom. Location was handy to places I needed to go, and was easily the best value for a room with a Spa in Auckland! "

"Two balconies and a sunroom dining area. Washer and dryer are appreciated. Jackknife sofa was in disrepair and flimsy. Every thing else was great. "

"Very basic but comfortable. Lots of dents in walls and fridge and couches need updating. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfortable. Got a bit loud in corridor after midnight then my door handle was turned with sonebody trying to get in. Remember to lock door when you get inside! Dodgy people in carpark, unsure if its emergency housing.. "

"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and excellent location. Room comfy and quiet and i appreciated the microwave and coffee espresso machine. There were a couple of stains on carpet and I think there should have been more milk and kitchen accessories available eg bottle opener and spoons to stir hot drinks!"

"Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise"
