"I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"Beautiful hotel with great location. Big and clean room. Helpful staffs."

"Helpful and friendly staff"

"Tambo del Arriero is a wonderful boutique base in Cusco. The restored 17th-century courtyard is quiet and beautiful, offering a warm escape from the busy streets. The Superior Double was cozy and well-heated for cold Andean nights, with comfortable bedding and a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley. "We had a wonderful experience staying at the Maytag Wasin. The staff are friendly and super helpful!! It is centrally located and walking distance to anything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The hotel was fine, but the lady at the front desk needs more training on how to treat guests!! Her attitude was not lovely at all!!"

"Great find in Cusco. Feels like you’re living in a little courtyard. Home with lots of little rooms super well taken care of super nice people.!"
