"Pongo horrible porqué no existe el hotel , estuvimos buscando dando vueltas alrededor de la dirección que consta en hotels.com sin éxito y con la confirmación dre vecinos de la zona de que ya no existia el edificio por demolición ya que en la dirección solo existe un gran solar en obras actuslmente. Así que fatal!"

"Amazing property. Beautiful location. Well maintained and situated perfectly to take advantage of the natural surroundings. Rooms clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked including umbrellas mounted outside the door."

"Fint opphold på dette hotellet"

"great pool close enough to national park but hotel is a little tired"

"Such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating in all aspects of our stay. We will be back and recommend to others. The grounds and surrounding area are so beautiful. Flora and fauna abound."

"Loved all of it!!!! This is a beautiful and mystical hotel with lovely gardens and fine dining. There were so many beautiful rooms and the staff were exceptional."

"Few things were super impressive as follows: 1) All the staffs were so helpful, welcoming and always there for us when we needed. 2) If you prefer something that gives you a traditional vibes apart from a concrete high rise building this place is highly recommended. 3) The entire place was neat and clean along with worthy prices. Besides these nothing was found by me which is problematic or annoying. Long story short,I liked staying there."

"The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better! The room looked onto the pool and was beautiful. The rain couldn’t be helped but it was quite loud against the roof of the room. The Sri Lankan breakfast after my safari was lovely and I also had dinner the night before, however I would say there wasn’t very clear communication of timings or where to go once I checked in but for dinner the guy from the hotel on WhatsApp answered all of my questions."

"We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, catered to our needs very effectively"

"Positive Review Had a wonderful stay at Hantara Udawalawe. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent facilities. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!"

"A peaceful nature retreat with incredible fresh food. Our stay at Kalu’s Hideaway was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We loved the wholesome farm-to-table dining—tasting fresh red dragon fruit straight from the garden, sweet pineapples, mangos, and delicious Sri Lankan vegetables. The property itself is surrounded by nature. The butterfly garden was an unexpected treat, and waking up to the tranquil morning sounds of birds overlooking the Udawalawe reserve canopy was magical. "Stayed here for 1 night but it was absolutely delightful! The staff was very hospitable, the amenities were great, location of the hotel relative to the touristy attractions was fantastic. The breakfast was a la carte but on point, room was decent sized and clean too. Gave us nothing to complain about. 9/10 and would highly recommend."

"Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful"
