"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"Very good familly hotel at walking distance from Gyor downtown. Very clean rooms and environment. The check in was a little bit long as the receptionist was new in this position and was not speaking easily englush. Nevertheless we have received good support to print our train tickets. However, this is the only positive thing to be remarked upon in this regard. We booked two rooms and in one of them (15) we were utterly shocked to find out that the windows wouldn’t open.
