"Very disappointed. The property itself is nice. The rooms have spider webs. The hot water is hit and miss. Some days you get it and other days you don't. Breakfast is skimpy at best.
There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. This room is NOT 568 square feet. Expedia shows free breakfast but the hotel wants to charge you for breakfast.

"The lobby and restaurant are good, but the rooms are awful. I’d booked a room with a sea view. It was dirty, the blanket was stained and there was no bedside table. I hated sleeping there. And to think it’s a 4-star hotel. As it’s on the main road, it’s very noisy, and at the weekend there’s loud music until late at night. In short, give it a miss."

"The hotel is small, but cozy; breakfast was excellent. We found everyone most accommodating, very helpful. There has to be a great management too to hire people with charisma & willing to help at any time. It would have made our stay much easier though if there would have been a bottle of water in the room & tissues. Also the lighting in the room was poor. "Colocaram a gente em um quarto ao lado da lavanderia, foi uma das minhas piores noites !! Eu escutava tudo de todos os quartos ao lado, inclusive alguém cantando durante o banho, de madrugada estavam varrendo o chão e pasmem eu também conseguia ouvir, e meu sono não é leve, mas as vassoura batendo nos cantos da parede e com um rádio no volume máximo ficou impossível dormir."

"I loved the room view . The breakfast offered was fantastic as well !!
As an issue to work on would be the late check out policies . It is said that you pay 50%for a late check out ( until 6pm) which I was willing to do , but even showing the fare published in the hotel site to calculate half of it , they came out with a higher fare in their system and charged me 20% more than I thought I would pay . The lady hotel manager did not have a clear explanation about it , but paying what she said...
