The staff at the restaurant was awesome. The doorman, bellman, and front desk were professional and helpful. The hotel is old and the new owners aren't maintaining it there was only one elevator working and it caused delays and 15-20 minute wait time.

Convenient location to anttractions and shuttle to the cruise dock were what drew us to The Mediterranean. What will bring us back are the friendly, helpful staff, the facility itself and the rooftop deck! Great hotel!

The only thing about the hotel is the location. Everything else is just ok. Rooms are fairly clean, but the property can use a bit of an upgrade.

From beginning to end, everyone at Hotel Ändra was exceptional. They helped us with getting taxi services to and from the airport when we landed and left. The flat rate was better than getting an Uber to and from, so definitely call Hotel Andra first. The housekeeping services were awesome; the few times we saw them in the hallway, they were friendly and greeted us! The hotel is perfectly located, just a few blocks from Pike Place Market, the monorail, and great nearby restaurants (Dahlia Bakery across the street for breakfast!!!!). And of course, their door attendants were attentive and helped with baggage and directions. The highlight of our stay was their concierge, Kaleb. Kaleb made our trip even more special. My wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and when I was looking to order flowers from standard delivery companies, Kaleb personally hand-picked fresh flowers from Pike Place Market and placed them in our hotel room to surprise my wife when we returned from sightseeing. It was so perfect that I cannot thank him enough. (so we don't normally take photos of a hotel room, but outside of the bouquet, you can see the double queen bed room is spacious with a sofa and chair near the TV) Next time we are in Seattle, we are definitely staying here again!
