"We were greeted nicely when we arrived. However, the room we had on our first night was very disappointing. The shower drain didn’t drain properly, so it flooded in the washroom. It took the staff 10 minutes just to get all the water down the drain (if this is an issue to you, avoid Room 307). This next issue made me furious. As I was about to get in bed after taking a shower, I lifted the duvet and found a thumbtack facing up. I immediately took pictures of it (attached to this review). I...
