"Conviene to walk"

"Such a quaint place, rooms were unique, very different than American hotels. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend"

"The location was wonderful. A great balcony looking over park and restaurants. A very active area but quiet. We slept very well. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend and we will return to Kala rooms."

"Wonderful place to stay!"

"Fit for a king. Fountain is very special"

"decepcionante, en la descripcion no te dice que para entrar tienes que subir por unas escaleras estrechas y empinadas hasta un segundo piso. El baño de la habitacion horrible, la ducha enana, el rociador roto y fugando."

"Uniquely charming old Palazzo ideally located within a few minutes walk of many Palermo attractions. Small common area is just outside the rooms, a good place to enjoy tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits, and to meet other guests. Good restaurant suggestions. Room quiet despite busy neighborhood. Older or less able guests need to know that access is possible only via outside staircase, expect no help with bags."

"Noise was intolerable until midnight! Also most Americans are not used to putting all used toilet tissue in a toilet-side container."

"事前から小まめに連絡を取ってくれて、スムーズにチェックインができた。 朝食もきめ細かいサービスで、とても充実した時間を過ごせました。"

"This place is exactly as it is in the photos. A fantastic finish and money well spent on renovating this property. And plenty of space. Communication was great but instructions a bit complicated. The one thing that would have topped the visit, would have been having a fridge in the room. There is.a communal fridge downstairs, but one in the room would be better. All in all I would recommend. Thank you"
