Eine schönes Hotel leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten nicht besonders gut. Die öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut aber teuer. Frühstück sehr gut und umfangreich. Personal sehr freundlich und sehr motiviert.

Mein Zimmer war leider sehr abgewohnt, sehr alt und nicht dem Standard eines 3 Sterne Hotels entsprechend. Für diese Ausstattung war das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis extrem schlecht, Klimaanlage war auch nicht vorhanden, im Zimmer waren 30 Grad. Die Bettdecken dagegen waren schwere Decken für den Winter… Passt einfach nicht, nicht zu empfehlen.

Unser Empfang im Hotel war sehr gut, Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand, leider ist Reinigung nicht so gut. Das Restaurant ist schon 2Jahre geschlossen. Der Empfang ist täglich ab 12:00Uhr besetzt bis morgens um 06:00Uhr. Die restliche Zeit wird übernommen vom Personal des Frühstücksraums. Das Frühstück war ok. Leider waren die angebotenen Brötchen eher aufgebacken und vom Vortag.

Angenehmes Hotel nahe der Altstadt

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig am Kurpark. Auch zum Salinental kann man gemütlich an der Nahe entlang in knapp 15 Minuten zum Salinental spazieren. Wir hatten ein grosszügig ausgelegtes Zimmer, leider mit Teppichboden dem man das Alter ansah. Das Zimmer war ansonsten sehr sauber, auch das Bad liess nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstücksbuffet erfüllte auch alle Wünsche. Das OPersonal, egal in welchem Bereich (Rezeption, Frühstück, Zimmer) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend! Es war sauber, zum Zentrum etwas weit für Leute, die nicht gerne laufen. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht, da wir uns gerne bewegen, vor allen Dingen nach dem Abendessen, da tut ein Spaziergang besonders gut. Das Hotel ist ein bischen in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer jedoch renoviert und sehr schön. Schade dass es kein Restaurant mehr gab. Man konnte jedoch alles an Getränken bekommen, sogar gezapftes Bier. Uns hat es gut gefallen!!!
