"This was a beautiful property! The staff was friendly and helpful from the reception desk to the restaurant! The rooms were spacious and delightfully decorated. The bathroom areas were well maintained, modern and spacious yet holding an option to e private. I would recommend using the offsite parking the hotel offers unless you are driving a compact vehicle."

"The hotel itself is in good shape and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was (overall) indifferent. They were not rude, but they were not friendly either. The room we had was over the restaurant's kitchen, and our room smelled of cooking food all night long. The "buffet" breakfast was similar to the "free" breakfasts he had at other hotels. The food wasn't bad; it just wasn't good, and we wished we had spent the money on a cafe elsewhere."

"The hotel is located in a gorgeous old building, with a lovely view of the mountains behind it. It is full of traditional painted antiques and beautiful paintings. Our room was facing the Main Street, but there was no traffic at night and we slept very soundly. It has the loveliest terrace facing the Bavarian Alps, and the view from there is just wonderful. Do not miss it!"

"The room was very clean and had a good amount of space. One of the main reasons I chose here was because one of the amenities listed is that they have “Laundry Service”. I requested an iron to iron my clothes because I was just going to do it myself and was told no. The next morning I went back and asked if they had laundry service…again, no. People traveling for work look for these amenities and expect that they will be able to look presentable after having their clothing packed for days on end. So this was a major inconvenience. However, the property itself was very nice. I personally wouldn’t stay here again for that reason but that may not be important to others"

"Honestly our favorite stay the whole time in Europe for two weeks. We even extended our stay an extra night instead of attending Oktoberfest. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The staff was over the top providing helpful advice our entire stay. We will definitely return!"
