"Great little extras. Lots of choice for breakfast and fab cocktails.!"

"Really had a lovely stay"

"Very comfortable hotel. We stayed in the stable block with beautiful views of a lovely tree and the sea beyond. Ideally located for coastal walks. Breakfast and dinner were excellent although very expensive."

"Great idea of the hamper with goodies for breakfast. The generosity of these goodies kept us going for hours! Excellent and caring staff who were so friendly and kind."

"All good"

"Good base which welcomes visitors with dogs (pre booked in their garden rooms) and a 2 min walk to the local train station. Easy (and cheap) train ride to Cromer if you don’t fancy the beach walk - which I do recommend you do - then train back!"

"What stood out immediately was the cheerful and helpful staff. Well done to all - from the guy who checked us in to the one who made breakfast for us. Very comfortable room with good facilities We only stayed for one Sunday night so managed to get a parking space but I doubt that would happen again during the week or in high season. Double yellow lines everywhere so would need to go to a parking lot. Not sure how much that was."

"The information I provided at the front desk on arrival was misused by the proprietress"

"Very helpful and welcoming staff"
