"We didn’t arrive to this hotel until after midnight and we checked out quite early, so we didn’t use the bar or any of the facilities or stay for breakfast. I can say that the room was fine, everything is provided that you might need, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only complaint was that the fan was dusty so we couldn’t use it and we couldn’t have the window open because the bins were under our window and were smelly. Would stay again."

"The Hotel looked really nice from outside but BEWARE booking this hotel on Expedia. We booked a room over a year in advance and after driving 300 miles for 6 hours the desk workers informed us that the hotel doesn't actually recognise booking made through Expedia. We were not informed of this until we turned up only to find we had no where to stay for the night. Expedia were incredibly unhelpful on the phone and after an hour of trying to sort out their mistakes I hung up the phone and sorted...

"Lovely location with Wooky Holes on the doorstep of the Hotel. Room was basic but clean and had everything you'd want fir an overnight stay. Lovely grounds for a walk. Only negative was bath taps had hot water, but the shower had only had cold water. The mixer thermostat was obviously faulty. Talking to other guests, this seemed to be a common fault as others said their shower only had cold water too."

"Rooms were clean, well appointed and were massive. The wardrobe being situated in the bathroom is a little odd. The parking is charged at £13 per night so quite pricey. Breakfast good, bar area nice. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. We didn't get chance to use the pool so can't comment on those facilities but what we could see from the window looked good. There was air conditioning in the restaurant but not in our room so that made the room quite hot and stuffy even with the window open. However, there was a fan in the room and that did help a little.
