"Great"

"The whole experience was amazing. 2nd time to stay there and love it every time!"

"The hotel was nice and clean, yet by day 4 we had to ask the cleaning staff to replace our dirty towels and straighten up our room. This should have been a standard task as stated in their brochure"

"Excellent breakfast buffet, complimentary shuttle service around Santa Fe, and the most helpful staff."

"I stayed there one night and it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is minimal continental but you could order a cheese omelet as well or scrambled egg."

"Hotel was great just neighbors above us very load walking making sleep difficult. Wonderful helpful staff well just get an upper floor next time."

"Absolutely wonderful. Staff was incredible and the location could not have been better. The ladies behind the breakfast counter made every morning a treat."

"It was a trip back into the 1960's. They provided towel sets for two people when three were registered. No grab bars on side or walls of the tub, and no apparent slip prevention on tub bottom. We could have dropped a towel for the purpose, but then we would have been drying off with a washcloth...) Burned out light bulb next to one of the beds. The housekeeping staff was good, however. But at the $800+ price for two nights, next time we'll chose another place to stay."
