The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is ferfect: from Ayuttaya train station, you can take the boat to cross the river , and walk to the hotel. The price is very affordable : great value for traveller looking for cheap and clean hotel in Ayuttaya.

The staff were very friendly and helpful- the guesthouse is located down an alleyway but the one facing the street is operated by the same team, so there was a bit of confusion at first when checking in but it was quickly settled. They stored our bags for us and helped us with directions. The room was spacious and fit our needs for the night.

It is an old traditional Thai house. The room has basic needs such as air conditioner, Small TV channels is mainly selling merchandise and private bathroom. The front desk lady us very nice and will help you what yiu need. She is the granddaughter of the original property home owners. She is at the other rental property which located just around the corner. Definitely will stay here again when I visit Attyutaya again.

Excellent !

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, le personnel est très gentil et attentionnée, l’hôtel est très bien situé, 5 min à pied du marché de nuit et 7 min à pied des temples principaux, l’hôte propose un tour en bateau sur la rivière qui entour les temples avec des arrêts aux temples d’une durée de 2/3h pour 200 TBH ! Faite le ça vaut vraiment le coup ! (le prix des temples n’est pas inclus prévoyez 20/50/20 TBH au total pour les 3 temples), la chambre est climatisée, très grandes avec frigo. Également situé à 10 min en taxi d’un refuge pour éléphant. Je vous le recommande.

Il y avait une odeur d'humidité dans la chambre ainsi qu'une odeur nauséabonde insupportable dans la chambre de bain. La climatisation ne rafraîchissait pas la pièce. L'accueil serait à repenser!!! Je ne suis même pas restée pour ma première nuit. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Once bitten , twice shy !

Paid cash up front and the girl at reception wouldn't give me a receipt. Although the room and bathroom were nice , the mattress had bed bugs . I told the guest house after the first night , so they sprayed. They returned my last night of 4 with a vengeance. , not allowing much sleep. Also , they didn't clean the room , empty the bins or change the towels once in my 4 day stay either. Well situated on Ayutthaya Island ,close enough to be historical monuments and the markets for food and shopping . Sadly the cleanliness of my room sullied the experience.

Peaceful place close to everything

The hotel was fine, we really just needed a place to nap and have a shower before the overnight train to Chiang Mai. The shower was a little bit dirty but everything was fine. The service was excellent like everywhere in Thailand. We were very pleased with our short stay. The hotel itself was very calm and the upstairs area was very clean and relaxing. Recommended area to stay in as well close to everything
