"A beautiful remote property, situated in the countryside. 10 minutes walk to a lovely, award winning pub with stunning food and friendly staff. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. The owners of this property, who live next door, were very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything, including a welcome pack of milk, bread and butter. There were a few other thoughtful treats but i wont spoil the surprise. Cleanliness of the cottage is definitely a 10/10. Cant fault...

"What a wonderful B&B to stay at, so close to Thursford Christmas Spectacular show, literally a 5 minute walk away. The staff ( who are employed by Thursford) are so charming and very accommodating with every wish and desire. Everything was spotless and every amenity you could ask for in the room (Ivy). The choice of breakfast ( of which there is plenty) is excellent and cooked fresh to order. Would we stay there again? A resounding Yes and thankyou again to all the Staff who made the one night...

"We have just returned from a two-night stay, with two mothers and our 11-year-old sons in a 2-bedroom property. The two-bedroom house we were staying in was very comfortable, completely modernised and in excellent condition, well-heated (a huge bonus since it was snowing on this specific weekend), with wonderful beds and everything you could really want. "Lovely quirky room (Africa). Stayed with two dogs who each had beds, bowls and treats provided.. lovely bakery for breakfast where you could choose your breakfast items. Everyone very friendly and great pub (kings arms) opposite for evening food and drink. Perfect place"

"The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend "
