"The Inn is a lovely restored building set in beautiful grounds. The reception staff were very helpful, in particular when I realized that we had booked a queen size bed and were planning for a king. They graciously changed our room and didn’t charge us for the upgrade to a sunny west facing room. They also immediately provided us with a blanket and a pillow that suited us better. "The only nice thing about staying here was the front reception staff. They are very polite. However, the overall stay was just terrible. Our room was dirty with stains on the carpets, chair and drapes. Our pillows were yellow. The vent where the air conditioner blew in near the ceiling had projected dark grey dust onto the ceiling. "Rooms were spacious and clean. Complimentary shampoo and soaps were upgraded from your standard hotel brand. Pool was a little too cold to enjoy. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again"
