"The location is great where there is a grocery store across the street & your 5 minutes walk to Copacabana Beach. You're also close to the metro station. The hostel is very clean. There are stairs to enter the hostel. It can be loud outside as you're on a busy street, but you're in a central location. "Did not like the fact that I sent an email explaining that my flight was cancel 18 hours prior to schedule arrival to the hotel. However, I was still charge for that day and was told to take it up with the airline. Upon entering the room it was not service. The bathroom was not cleaning, the soap dishes and commode were dirty. The green blanket on the bed was also dirty. However, my second night in the room the blanket was removed and replace with a clean one."

"Old and useless"

"Great staff."
