"The hotel is not modern but has modern upgrades in the rooms and is right on the waterfront. It is the only property for about 4 km so a car is necessary (also needed for the beaches). The restaurant food is high quality. The staff were helpful and eager but they were understaffed while we were there, so seem rushed all the time. "

"Everything was outstanding. Elfeu at the front desk is the example of the perfect customer service: polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient. Elfeu answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. The room is immaculate, the toiletries are excellent, the continental breakfast is wonderful with a big choice of fruit, yogurts, pastries, coffees, milks (we were very happy to see the soy one), the beds are comfortable and the linen is superb. You couldn’t wish for a better location. If we are ever in this area again, with no hesitation we will book our stay at this hotel. "
