Room was very clean, loved the high-tech functionality of the room. Room was on the small side made it a little difficult maneuvering but we managed. Only drawback pool closed every night by 8:30. Would’ve liked to be able to sit at the pool more in the evening.

The desk clerk was outstanding. She saw I was upset for personal reasons and she went out of her way to assist me, showing empathy and kindness. I believe her name Caroline but my memory is not the best so could be carmine
