I only stayed here one night to be closer to the airport. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had all the amenities needed and they offer free airport shuttle. Hyatt House Austin/Downtown
It was spacious and quiet!!!! It also had lots of lobby space and also outdoor seating area by the pool. The bed was comfortable as well. It was in a good central downtown location but about a block away from all the loud craziness of downtown.

Aiden Austin City Hotel
I only interacted with a couple staff members but theybwere very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. I did not partake of the pool, hot tub of gym but the parts of the hotel i saw were clean.
