Property is pretty dirty. Stains on floors, rooms smelled like smoke as well as sheets were not cleaned. Amenities included a iron which was missing in our room.
This place was nasty. I will never ever stay here. I did not even stay. Walked in roaches everywhere. Even in the toilet. Crackheads hanging around office. Smelled horrible. People smoking weed all over the place.
Upon entry to the room there was roaches on the door, on the ac , and on the floor by the tv into the bathroom. I was in the room long enough to call the hotels.com help line& was on the phone over an hour trying to get it resolved.
The pictures are definitely nothing like what they've posted. I understand they're under renovation but this was sad. As soon as I walked in, i noticed the rumpled sheets on the bed, cigarette ash all over the flloor, mold growing on the ceiling, light fixture in bathroom broken. I haven't even gotten a chance to take a shower yet but i'm scared to. When the front desk tried moving us to another room, that turned out to be even worse because that room had roaches. I ended up requesting my first room back and decided beggars cannot be choosers

Has to call customer servicebyo get a refund, they said yes when they had hotels.com.on the phone, later they did not honor the refund.
it smelled like feet as soon as you walked in. the bed linens where dirty as where the walls. the wifi did not work and there was obvious drug activity going on in the parking lot. my worst hotel stay so far.
Covered and I mean covered in ROACHES! I killed about 15-20 of them. It was disgusting and they refused to refund me. I believe roaches is a huge red flag since we are still in the middle of a pandemic and they should be shut down.

Every room I went to had a bunch of roaches the sheets have not been clean I understand they got a Pandora going on but you have to keep things clean because people pay money for that you want to be comfortable especially when you live in day by day
It was cheap, so that was a plus, but really gross and kinda shady. Burn holes in the sheets, walls were filthy, bathtub grimy, pool was green with sludge, people started blasting music at 2 am. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Pillows were like the flat small travel size. It did allow pets, which was also a plus.
This is first times I have ever been to a hotel like this. It’s smells really bad, the sheets have stains all over, cockroaches all over the the place, and mold in the bathtub. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else
It was horrible and disgusting, dirty nasty stained sheets, hair in bed, and even got switched to another room but it was in the same condition. I took off everything off the beds and used my personal bedding. Plus the bathroom towels and shower was disgusting. I will never return to this Red Roof Inn ever in my life.
Place was ok. Issue was the A/c i called in the morning around 7am. Said the a/c isnt getting cold. She said maintenance will come in at 8-930am. Well they never came by and checked.
