"WE LOVED STAYING HERE & BOOKED AGAIN FOR JUNE! This is a beautiful, new property that is conveniently located near downtown Austin, South Congress and many great restaurants. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights. The first night we both slept like babies. The bed is super comfy. Our unit was located next to the street, but we use a white noise speaker when we travel so we were never bothered by any street noise. They also provide a pair of ear plugs for each guest; although we did not need them. The second night was not as restful, at least not for me (my husband slept through it all). So, the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans with lights that are controlled by a wall remote. We sleep with the ceiling fan on high, even at home. I turned the ceiling fan on to high and turned off the light and got into bed to watch tv for a bit. The fan turned off. I got up to turn it back on, got back in bed and low N behold, it turns off again and the light turns on. I get back up, turn off the light, turn on the fan, turn off the tv and get back in bed. I closed my eyes and started falling asleep. About 10 minutes in, the light turns on again. Grrrr! Long story short, this happened about another 3 times and I had to switch the bottom button to off and sleep without the fan. Obviously the light and fan were getting triggered by a remote from a nearby unit that likely didn't have a tenant the night before. Other than that fiasco... 5++ STARS!"
"Room was great. Spacious and had coffee in the room so you didnt have to worry in the morning. Amenities were nice and the location in town was great. Quiet area and easy to get to! Easy in and out for airport as well"
"I had a wonderful stay at Cambria Austin Downtown. The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was excellent, warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating, which made the experience feel even more special. It has a classy, welcoming atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it."
"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The AC appeared to be out in the lobby and they had a make-shift unit (so that was okay). The worst part is that on the same street as the hotel are a couple of bars that had live music that played late at night and it was hard to sleep with the noise level. Other than that, it was a good stay."
