"The elevator was being replaced and out of service. This was not disclosed until check in. The staff did offer help with carrying the luggage. The carpet on the stair way was dirty and construction dirt was evident. The breakfast was decent. The scrambled eggs were overdone, but that is par for the course at many hotels in this range."

"We enjoyed our visit to Champaign Lodge very much. The staff was friendly upon our arrival and when we wanted to add a day they were very kind and accommodating. Our hot tub was huge and worked great! The bed was comfortable. We didn't try the steam shower. The refrigerator and microwave are very handy. It is slightly outdated but not enough for it to make a difference in our enjoyment of the room. It's nice to be able to adjust the lighting. We will definitely be back!"
