"Meget venlig og hjælpsom velkomst ved check-in. Fint og rent hotel. Det lå lidt uden for bymidten men meget nemt at tage toget ind til centrum, og perfekt placering når man som os kun var på gennemrejse og skulle videre næste dag og samtidigt nemt kunne nå at se lidt af Basel."

"This hotel is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and still has easy access everywhere. FYI, when we arrived on Sunday, the tram #3 did not go straight to the tram stop near the hotel (Music Academy), and we needed to switch to the #3 bus, which took us some figuring out--obviously the hotel should not be blamed for this. We got just the right degree of attention from the hotel staff during our stay. Tall people may find the attic room we were in a little restrictive as well as the cabinet...

"Staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy and room was ready early. Breakfast was offered at a fee, but was well worth it. We came to learn that breakfast is not “a thing“ in Switzerland. Most places offer coffee and a baked good. Breakfast at the hotel was a full spread, including eggs, bacon, meat, yogurt, cheeses, fruit, pastries, jams, and various toppings. very pleased with our stay."
