"When we booked they did not make us aware of renovations that were going on as well as not having a functioning TV although there was one in the room. The construction was very loud and the room is not noise proof. It was also hot in the room and the AC did not work. I would not stay here again!"

However, there were a few maintenance issues in the bathroom that impacted the experience. The extractor fan was not functioning, which led to lingering odors, and the shower had a persistent drip. Despite these technical points, the overall stay was enjoyable."

"It’s a Premier Inn, you know what you’re going to get. The property is fairly new. It was clean, & the facilities are good. Breakfast was good enough to make up different meals, the only limitation is your own mind - within reason, but that can be levied at many hotels. There is a good choice. The shower was excellent, with body wash soap available."

"The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again"

"This was a nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I picked the room option specifically because it came with a tub/shower combo and the room only had a shower. "
