My biggest complaint has to do with the lighting used throughout the hotel. I realize that it is more cost efficient to use LED lighting, but it is the most uninviting/ugly appearance available. Actually, if Hotels would just learn about using the proper color of LEDs, they could solve the problem. No one wants to come in and relax in a room that feels like a warehouse. I would also feel more comfortable having a lighted, make up mirror in the bathrooms to assist in putting on makeup.
