"It has an old world charm right on navesink river. Staff was fantastic. I had left my toiletries i called for it and it was left for me at front desk. Restaurant service and food was excellent.
Only complaint certain rooms have no elevator access, you have to carry luggage up and down the stairs. "

"This is our 6th or 7th stay and we always have a great time.
First: It is just an hour and a half from the Upper East Side under normal (not rush hour) conditions.
Second: It is right on the beach and the beach is very nice.
Third: Long Branch is cool. There's the Pier Village you can very easily walk to from the resort and then there are a lot of good places to eat and snack just a short drive away. Pier Village is pricey and the quality is hiit or miss and you can get caught in long waits...
