"Just used it as a place to sleep, was not there much. The front desk was super friendly and helpful, and the room had more than a single person would need. The room was cleaned and new towels etc., just as one would expect and from the looks of it, the pool was nice for those who were using it."

"Customer service sucks, They are short staffed and it shows. Can't reach the front desk, can't get a bell hop without going to lobby. Waited 1hour in room for bell hop to arrive.Room had no towels and couldn't call anyone to get any. Staff says they have been short handed since Covid."
