"Stayed one night at Tropicana Atlantic City. The overall establishment is very clean, and the bathrooms in the common areas were spotless. However, our room could have used some TLC. The toilet was noticeably stained, and there was a section of the shower that looked patched and out of place. The check-in kiosk didn’t seem to be working properly and kept saying our room wasn’t available, even though we arrived well past the official check-in time. That said, the staff member at check-in was super nice, and the line moved quickly, which made the process smooth overall. Tropicana really feels like its own little community—you technically don’t even need to leave since there’s so much on-site. I didn’t use the spa, but I did hear that the sauna wasn’t working during my stay."

"Hotel was old fashion looking carpets look old..we had to walk down the stairs with all our luggage and belongings cause only 2 elevators were working and everyone we’re leaving at the same time we had to go through the staff area, which was extremely dirty . Only good thing I have to say is that the waterpark was fun for the children."

"They call it a resort for a reason: everything you need is right on the Caesars property--gym, great restaurants and coffee spots, salon and spa. We had a Deluxe King Oceanfront room in Centurion Tower, and it was clearly recently updated: beautiful, clean, comfortable. I thought the price we paid was a great value too. And everyone there was friendly. This is a great place to stay too if you have tickets to a show at Boardwalk Hall, which is just a short walk down the Boardwalk."

"This place seriously needs to be updated, the entire place is full of defects. My husband and I were passing by and needed a 2 night stay. I do t believe they have a cleaning service, the rooms are dirty, the curtain was torn, my husband picked up the mattress and there was a bad of chips, crumbs , I was so disappointed, the microwave didn’t work. They shouldn’t even charge a deposit. Every place you look was filthy. FYI: breakfast is not included. I can honestly say, I would not recommend this place to anyone."
