"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"

The valet supervisor was the worst. He drove my Audi and left trash inside. Three cps with a liquid inside. he then proceeded to call me a liar and shrug his shoulders. he was very dismissive and rude. "

"You get what you pay for. No microwave or refrigerator in room. No ice machines, you have to go to the lobby bar. Only two of the four elevators were working so the minimum wait was easily five minutes and were told we couldn’t use the stairs because once in the stairwell there was no access back in even with a key. Did someone say Fire Hazard?!?!?!? "
