The room I was given, was not ready; strong paint smell, air vent cover was left on the bathroom sink, and an air vent filter was on the wardrobe shelf. Front desk, staff responded extremely professionally and quickly. Reassigned me to a new room and brought a new key up to me immediately. Excellent Front Desk staff service.

I loved the location and the room was well designed to maximize space and comfort. Very quiet hotel. It was challenging to find the parking garage, but valet parking was wonderful. I did have to call twice about no AC, but they were very responsive and resolved the issue.

We came into town for a concert at Center Stage. The hotel was just a few steps away which eliminated the need to worry about fighting downtown traffic or finding parking. The area is nice and is walkable to shopping, restaurants, and theaters. Very pleasant experience!

A generally nice place with good staff. Parking cost was high at $60 a night but my car was easily accessed as needed. Barn door to the bathroom was off its track making it difficult to operate.
