The back doors did not function properly is my only concern. The room was clean and everything did work. The people staying there were very nice. The office hours were weird to me. 11-7 and closed on Sunday. I am accustomed to having earlier hours as well.

Nice room need more help with bugs

The room itself was perfect for what I needed. Studio style with a full kitchen. However the bed was extremely hard and not so comfortable. I had to add padding to make it better. I appreciated the attempt to control the bugs but it was a losing battle. I had some issues with the other guests smoking outside my window which was annoying to say the least. The customer service was nonexistent due to there never being in the office whenever I needed. Understandable that my work hours were not great. Other than that I had a lovely stay and will do it again whenever I travel. Thanks Brent and staff

The pictures are a lie! There are only a handful of rooms that look like the pictures. Bugs! Bugs! and more Bugs! Rude staff! They only "change" your sheets once a week, I am not even sure if they changed them. You are responsible for washing your towels and washcloths. There is nothing in the kitchen, you need to bring everything! 10 hours away from home and I had nothing! I could go on and on...don't waste your time or money!

Want to be charged more, then book with them

Wifi sucks... Not tide. Found cigarette bud in elevator, throw-up in the hallway. And when being checked in the host tried to charge me more for my room cause they no longer had what I booked for. I refused to be charged more so the host made the changes after our dispute.

The guests kept to themselves and it is a safe spot. Hotel was mostly clean except on weekends when there isn't any manager. The housekeeping people are rude and pushy and almost agressive. The lady accused us of having a dog input room and wedged a stuck in the door to keep it propped open and went to rapidly speaking another language in her phone. What she heard was my son's robot pet and she wouldn't take that answer. We had to have a special room inspection and we could never get any pillows for the second bed.

It was what I needed and could afford at the time. First week was okay. Second week not so good. Due to change in clientele from one week to next. Strange place. No one to take care of problems overnight Old, blood-stained mattress (I know because I had to launder my own sheets).

Nice stay

We were there only at night, spending days with family in the area. Our surprise was a room with a new floor and a few days after getting there, our room got a new AC/Heat unit. We were very comfortable.

The room was quite small. I had requested a queen bed. It was a double, if that. The refrigerator protruded into the walk space which was only large enough for one small adult at a time to start with. The paint was chipping away in the corners and appeared aged. The room was clean.

Caution, this is an extended stay hotel and the office closes at 7 pm. I had a reservation but got into town very late. The resident manager with whom i apoke to on the "emergency " phone refused to allow me in. I had to find another hotel, after midnight.
