room clean , mising soap in the shower and soap in the bathroom sink. staff very nice, breakfast very poor , clasic continental very poor , air condition excellent
The air wasn’t working at all. Just the fan. I looked at the unit and it was coming apart on the right side.
No one ever came to clean our room in 5 days. The staff at the front station were scarce in the off hours.
The listing on Expedia is wrong. They charge $5 per day for parking and there is no pool. I’m not sure why they charge for parking since there’s nothing around it. The hotel is only a couple months old so it still has that new carpet smell. The room was laid out nicely. I got the king suite with a sofa bed. The couch was very hard, along with the bed. The bathroom was nice although there was some wallpaper already peeling. I didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t rate it. Overall, it’s a bit overpriced for what you get.
My stay was "okay." When I arrived to the hotel I was informed that my room type was "oversold" and that I would have to moved to a room with 2 beds. Not my first choice but it is what it is. There was no mention of an upgraded room due to my Titanium elite status. My status wasn't even acknowledge. The nice front desk girl said I get a "welcome" gift from the market section for free. But when I checked out this morning one of the items was on my folio. So no free welcome item. The TV in the room did not work. And I wanted to print a file for my event today and the computer/printer in the lobby did not work as well. I definitely would not stay at this hotel property again when I am in the Atlanta area.
Room was veru spacious and clean. Front desk person was very nice. However, maybe because the hotel is relatively new, they ran out of the plastic door keys so the front desk person had to take you to your room and let you in. If you were single, anytime you left, the same process had to occur. Other than the key thing, a lovely place to stay.
