Great stay

We arrived pretty late in the evening and the hotel’s system had been down. The front desk lady was amazingly kind, and explained the situation. The system came back up about the time we had arrived so she was working through updating the rooms that she had manually had to do for hours. She was quick to help us and get us to our room with a warm smile and she upgraded us for a wait. She even had an extremely rude food delivery driver come in and yelled about not having elevators but she remained calm and collected. Give this woman a raise! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy (but need different options for pillows - all of them were super fluffy and hard to sleep on if used to sleeping with something more in line with neck). Great one night stay and would stay here again.

Disappointing- Not worth it.

I went to the Marriott Northlake because the location was perfect as being close to Mercer University. Despite other hotels being around, I picked the Marriott because it's supposed to be better than the others that were around. Well, I was wrong. The a/c in the room wasn't working to the point me being drenched in sweat woke me up every night. The internet went out on the 2nd night and getting connected was impossible. There were a few guests in the lobby with the same complaint. Pros: there was plenty of parking and the have access doors around the building so it doesn't matter where you park you don't have to necessarily go through the lobby. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
