Staff was very friendly. They were going through some renovations so some areas weren’t great but lobby was nice. Our room towards the back of the hotel was nice! Breakfast was great too!

We had a lot of complaints for a simple 2 night stay…pool was filthy green - no way that would pass as acceptable to use. Several small bugs in the room, room phone didn’t work, hot water in the shower didn’t work, which took them a bit to “fix” which still didn’te work so they gave us another room which was better but still not ideal. Breakfast was pretty good…and location was good for a Braves game and only 20 min from downtown.

Check in went smooth; got to room and 2 nice comfortable beds- loved the shades and blinds. In lobby they offered water with lime, refreshing: had an excellent breakfast- coffee wasn’t good, to strong, brought my own pot, coffee and we were set. Location excellent for us. We stayed with them May 31 and again on June 7, and we requested same room and they gave it to us: we’ll be back next time we are traveling through Smyrna.

Very convenient location. Easy check in & checkout process.Best thing about this hotel is extremely nice, efficient & highly professional staff at the concierge & Breakfast area. Breakfast was ample & good We had to change the number of days we stayed at this hotel because of family emergency & concierge staff were very understanding & refunded the money to Expedia at checkout time as we had booked through them. We even got receipt from hotel to that effect Despite this Expedia did not refund stating first time that they were unable to contact hotel & second time stated the hotel denied & wouldn’t be able to refund us. we personally had reconfirmed from the Hotel& contacted Expedia 3rd time to contact hotel. This time it was successful. Host concierge staff was extremely helpful & we appreciate his professionalism assistance in securing our refund.

The room was good, breakfast good, staff great. Two things that needed to be addressed, the shower was only powerful when it was cold, when we turned it to hot, the water barely trickled out. And lastly, the weed smoke on our floor was strong, I didn't know it was allowed inside the premises. This was our second time staying at this Best Western and we would like to continue booking at this location if those two issues are addressed
