I had to pay a $50 security deposit that I was supposed to get upon leaving. It has been almost 4 weeks and I have yet to receive it and I cannot get in contact with anyone and my itinerary number seems not to register upon entering it in the hotels services system.

Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel
Our room was infested with Asian beetles. We complained with the front desk and was told housekeeping would come spray but never showed up. I took pictures of them on the wall, ceiling and window ledge.
