(The Jacuzzi suite) Spacious 2-level apartment with kitchen and 2 huge terraces, nicely decorated. One thing to be aware of is that the shower is not fully enclosed (there's not a door) -- but that's a set-up I've seen in other places in Greece as well.

This is a wonderful hotel / Airbnb hybrid. Meaning it operates as a hotel with daily room cleaning service but no lobby reception. The rooms are brand new and massive with great patios. The neighborhood is very transitional but only about a 20 minute walk to best of Athens.

We recently stayed at the Vision Gazi for 8 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The room had a modern, minimalistic design that we both really enjoyed. There’s no staffed reception desk, but the daily cleaning service kept everything tidy, which we appreciated. That said, we did encounter a couple of downsides. The hot water only lasted about 8–10 minutes, which wasn’t quite enough for two people. Additionally, the main entry door to our room didn’t have an interior deadbolt. We believe a cleaner entered while we were asleep to leave fresh towels. While we appreciate their attentiveness, it was a bit unsettling. Despite these issues, we’d still recommend the Vision Gazi.

An excellent place to stay. Great location. Feels residential but the main sights are walkable. Fantastic, clean room with lots of space and storage. Loved the complimentary refreshments and espresso machine. Check in was simple. The gym in the basement was a nice extra with a treadmill, multi weights machine and free weights. Would definitely stay again.

For the price, this is a good hotel when visiting Rome. It is in an ideal location, and not too far walking to the Repubblica station. It can be a bit noisy, as the sound-proofing isn't the best and the hotel is on a main street with a lot of traffic. There were a few hiccups, however. My room door did not seemingly lock on its own upon arrival. I alerted the front desk, and it did take about 15 minutes to have someone finally come check the door, reinstall a new battery pack for the lock, only for the staff member to realize the issue was not mechanical; the door required strong force (slamming shut) to engage the automatic lock. Thus, I couldn't effectively settle into my room after flying 12+ hours. I don't blame the hotel for this issue, as it was resolved. But it could have been avoided if they were more familiar with the quirks of that room's door. In addition, on one day the power went out in the hotel for 10 minutes without warning. I had to ask a maid, who then had to call down to the front desk to relay a message that "they were conducting brief maintenance." Otherwise, the front desk was generally helpful. I did not use the hotel's facilities, so I can't comment on those. I did have a great experience booking an airport transfer (be sure to read the rules and book 24-hours in advance). Would I stay here again? Perhaps. There are many hotels in this area, some that are mid- to -upscale. I would be curious how they compare to Hotel 77.

Great rooms - comfy, clean and so quiet. The location is by no means central but you can still be in the middle of the city in less than 20 minutes by metro or a pleasant 25 minute walk. The virtual check in process was the only thing I didn’t like (I had to chase multiple times to get the necessary details to get in).

Second room was more of a condo style with a separate bedroom and a wrap around balcony. Both were very clean, nice extras (shower cap, vanity kits), and what I always hope for… a full length mirror! The host was great, very friendly, quick response time. The first stay had a minor issue but the response and time it took to get fixed was 10 minutes. The outside area isn’t the prettiest, but close to some great food spots, and a 25 minute walk to the downtown area. The streets are tight to drive through as people park on both sides, but was able to park on the streets overnight next to the building with no issues or tickets the next day. Would definitely stay here again!

modern, sauber, grosszügig mit Küchenzeile, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Bier, Schokolade und Nüssen! Balkon, ruhige Lage, gute Matratze und Kissen, schönes Bad, alles funktioniert. Metro in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, 1-2 Stationen ins Stadtzentrum, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, einfacher checkin. Ich war echt positiv überrascht. Absolut empfehlenswert!
