The apartments are spotless, contemporary, and conveniently situated near essential amenities like supermarkets and coffee shops. The property's proximity to major sites is ideal, easily accessible on foot or via the metro station, which is just a five-minute stroll away. The locals are friendly, and the communication is excellent. Working with Mardi, the property manager, was delightful. She was accommodating with an early check-in and took the time to give us a comprehensive list of recommended dining spots. I strongly endorse this property for anyone looking to stay within easy reach of Athens’ main attractions.

The place is spacious and modern. It has great water pressure for showering, great Wi-Fi, and a great location within a great neighborhood. We have enough room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers

Lovely presented, well equipped, clean property. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub and downstairs gym area was a lovely bonus! Local area great location for tourists, supermarkets and eating spots nearby. 2 stops to central Athens. Tram and underground train 5 mins walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! The room was super modern and very clean! The hot tub on the porch was a wonderful addition. Customer service was outstanding. Anytime we had a question or issue it was taken care of immediately. Madi so sweet and helpful. She needs a raise! ;) The only thing I would say is that parking in Greece is very complicated. Pay for the extra price for the parking on premises. It’s worth it!

Happy with our stay. Rooms were very nice. Beds and pillows comfortable but teenagers complained fold out couch a bit hard. Kitchen had everything we needed had full size fridge and freezer. If walking from metro when reach street look for sign that says DS automobile as Lux&easy entrance just before it. Things that took us a bit to figure out. Wifi is QR code near front door. Each window has electronic rolling blackout shutters. Controls at side of window. Each bedroom has 1 usb and 2 usc outlets along with type c plugs for adapters if needed. Housekeeping comes every other day. Only suggestion to make stay better. Ice cube tray in freezer and exercise mats in gym.

Located just minutes from the main tourist attractions in the city centre without being in the hustle and bustle. Easy keyless access, good wifi, and numerous cafes, souvlaki shops, and grocery stores at the doorstep.

An amazing property. New and updated features, clean, and close to the metro. There were great places right around the corner to grab a bite at a low price before heading to the overpriced tourist areas. Highly recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft. Alles top. Überwachungskameras auf jedem Stock. Super Einrichtung in der Unterkunft. Bestellmöglichkeit für Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen: https://luxandeasy.gonnaorder.com/#l/54. Empfehlenswertes Essen. Die Unterkunft wurde auch während dem Aufenthalt geputzt, frische Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche hat alles was man für einen Auftenthalt braucht. Der Jacuzzi war auch Spitze. Das Fitnessstudio hat 2 Laufbänder, Fahrrad und ein Multigerät mit Gewichten. Die Metrostation ist 2 Minuten Gehweg von der Unterkunft entfernt, 2 Stationen bis zum Zentrum (Syntagma). Danke an die Unterkunft. Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub :)

Newly renovated apartment was very spacious, Had two balconies with furniture. it also had a fully furnished kitchen with small refrigerate and stove We stayed 2 nights. nice separate shower and toilet. Recommendation: I suggest a towel and clothes hooks in the bathroom and Toilet area. My wife and son enjoyed the stay. They also stored my 6 bags for few hours at no charge.

Vi var 4 netter på LUX&EASY Athen metro i juli/aug 2. Vi ble overrasket over hvor Fin og moderne leiligheten var med flotte fasiliteter. Vi var fire i denne leiligheten og brukte sovesofa i stua som seng. Kort vei fra leilighet til metro, 2-3 stasjoner til Akropolis og sentrum. Butikker og Resturanter i området. God valuta for pengene her syntes vi.

Great place to stay!
Property was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication was easy and there were even lockers on site to store our luggage for our early arrival. Found some great food in the neighborhood. Recommend “The Hunger Doctor”, O Giatros Tis Peinas. And an amazing bakery right across the street, address: Ilia Iliou 70, Athina 117 44, Greece

Schöne, moderne Unterkunft. Bis zur Metrostation sind es ca 600 m. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine Sehenswürdigkeiten. Parken war auch mit etwas Suche in den umliegenden Straßen kostenlos möglich.

It was what it say. A luxury appartment! Very quite place located in a small street and near a metro station, There is a parking problem in the area and the building has only 4 spaces(extra charge). Overall a great choice!
