The design of the room was just amazing. The location is good, a walking distance from Oia center, and in general is very good! Service was also great!

Nice shared living space with a lot of amenities like a washer/dryer combo, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Bedroom was nice and clean, as well as the private bathroom. Building is very secure.

The deluxe apargument is well worth the price. Wonderfully large place, with two double bedrooms. Modern bathroom, good kitchen and laundry service. Yet the best part is the terrace, which is HUGE and covered by sun all day. Also, the location is amazing- right in the middle of everything in Athens!

Easy nice enough accommodation with simple self check in instructions sent to you directly. Room off a shared lounge/kitchen area with good amenities and washing machine. Our ensuite door handle was broken and would seperate from the door - needs some maintenance in areas.

Was fine, good location!

We came only for one night and overall everything was good. The location is perfect, we walked everywere by foot. The room was clean and comfertable. But Very disappointing to arrive at the hotel and find there is an extre /0€ fee per night. It is written in very small letters in the website- why not charge everything tighter?

HIDDEN COSTS!

This is not a Hotel- more a room with a communal Lounge/Kitchen at door It does not have a 24 hour front desk. Also the room is very noisy from outside traffic especially in the early hours of the morning. The hidden cost of 20 euros cleaning per day is not stated until you have booked and paid! There are many better places at same rates in this area. I travel to Athens every year and shall NOT book Xenfontos again

False advertising

First we were under the impression it was a 'Hotel'. It is not. Its 4 rooms off a kitchen and lounge area on the 4th floor of a building. On arrival we were told we had to walk 8 minutes to another building to get ok to enter room and pay tax. Not knowing Athens it took us 20 minutes. And when we booked we were not told it was not a hotel or that we could not check in at the address. After a longish flight and bus ride and walk we were not impressed. We found a real hotel and did not stay so want a refund on bases of false advertising

A weird and scary experience. Not recommended!

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the two young ladies at the “desk “ tried to be helpful and the rooms were fairly clean. The hotel is located in seedy area with trash and graffiti everywhere. The lobby was locked and unattended with unclaimed mail laying around. The 4th floor “office” was accessed via an intercom for entry. Once we finally got inside, we discovered that only one of two elevators were barely operational. While trudging up 3 flights of stairs we discovered that there was construction going on with large gaping holes and debris everywhere. We immediately canceled and found decent lodging elsewhere.

We had an email 24 hours before our stay stating we had to pay a city resiliency tax before we would be given our code to access our room. The problem we had is that the link they gave us was broken and wouldn’t accept payment. We tried multiple devices, web browsers and payment cards but it wouldn’t go through. This meant that when we got there we had to walk to their other site to pay and get the details and walk back as this particular location doesn’t have a reception desk. We also had a problem with the plug in the sink that couldn’t be lifted out so water took a very long time to drain. Plus the toilet leaked and we often found we got wet socks and shorts while sitting on it as the pressure/weight must have released a crack or something. We also heard a lot of noise at night. I know it’s in a busy city but it almost sounded like the windows were open and didn't isolate sound much. The location was great and the bed was fine. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep it’s fine for the price.

Terrible living experience in an unsafe and annoyi

We have stayed two days in the hotel. In the first day morning at 9:25a.m., a female staff knocked our door loudly and said something in non-English language while we were sleeping. We were suddenly woke up by the noise and told her we didn’t need the cleaning service, then she went away. In the second day morning at 9:22a.m., a staff suddenly unlocked and opened our door directly without any asking, while we were sleeping. After a second, she found that we were still sleeping, then she closed the door quickly and loudly. We were suddenly woke up again by the annoying disturbance. At the 10:50 a.m., the female staff came again, knocked our door and said”time”, we told her we will checkout shortly. It was very offensive! The official checkout time was 11:00a.m., the staff disturbed and suddenly woke us up several times before the checkout time. Also the staff unlocked and opened our door without asking, we felt unsafe and no privacy in this hotel. What a terrible and awful living experience! We got the badly sleeping quality and the offensive annoyance in this hotel, we were tired and disappointed about it. We would not recommend this hotel.

I found the the property to be a perfect location for my short time in our friend allowed me to walk everywhere to restaurants and bars and sightseeing with local restaurants around the corner from the building and a local train station and bus transport to and from the airport

In den vereinbarten Hotel Enattica Syntagma Livining habe 2 Nächte von 5 vereinbarten übernachtet. Die Größe des Studios war angenehm, das (IKEA?)Bett ist die erste Nacht von der einer Seite gebrochen und in der zweiten in mehreren Stellen gebrochen. Das Enattica Suites ( Reception) haben wir um 02:00 Uhr nachts aufgesucht, sie hatten keinen freien Zimmer und es wurden keine Alternativen angeboten. Am dritten Tag nach einer E-Mail mit Fotos wurden wir angerufen, das Bett lässt sich nicht reparieren und es wurde uns ein kleines , lautes Doppelzimmer in Enattica Monastiraki Living angeboten. Zweites Mal Check in, zweites Mal Koffer packen und auspacken, Taxigebühren, Rücken- und Kreuzschmerzen von den ersten zwei Nächte, Arztbesuch, Schmerzmedikamnte, keine Entschädigung oder Erlass bekommen, nur eine „Entschuldigung „. Selbst auf eine Konkrete Anfrage per E-Mail habe ich eine Quittung für die 08,00 € , die vor Ort bezahlen müsste, erhalten. Die Fenster des Hotelzimmers und unter dem Bett wurde seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gereinigt. Die trübe und verschmutzte Fenster „dienen „ als „natürlicher Sonnenschutz „. Sehr schade…

Excellent location near Syntagma metro. Walling distance to most attractions. Bathroom clean, bed comfortable. Iron and washer, drying rack availabe. Clerks in the office very polite and helpful. However, there was no table or desk in the room. Furniture cheap or old. Finish of the workmaship (tiles, paint, floor poor) Kitchen in common area for 7 rooms, so it may be busy. Very noisy all night, windows did not block the noise. Needed ear plugs to sleep well.
