It's a great location, and the unit was very clean and spacious. There was no housekeeping during our stay and we were responsible for handling our own trash and doing our own dishes. There is very minimal outside noise, but the water heater did rattle and buzz whenever people were using hot water. We had an issue checking in as Expedia held their welcome message with access code from us for 48 hours. Luckily they were very responsive and called us back when we were stuck outside. You should know that the bathroom has frosted glass door, it's not quite sound proof, otherwise the unit looks like it does in the photos.

Pros: The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the city with easy accessibility to everything. Although the apartment is in the heart of everything it was not noisy when you are in the building. The apartment itself was really good and comfortable. Cons: The water leaks out from the shower stall when you are showering, which is a pain. Communication with the property is not the best and this should be improved. We had to find the number and contact them in order to get the codes to open the main door and then our apartment door when we arrived. We were told that it should have been sent via Expedia, but it never came. We had to do this on two occasions, as one of the codes did work on the second day. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this accommodation.

The place is centrally located just a few steps from the main center. You have to plan for your hot shower; you need to press a button to activate hot water. It is a little inconvenient since you have to wait. Also, you have to throw your garbage outside the street.

A wonderfully convenient location within walking distance of the Acropolis. The room is spacious and clean, and its two well-separated bedrooms allow for privacy. It would be even better if there were a washing machine available.

We had an early flight and the hotel was able to hold our luggage until check-in. We were tired so we came back to the hotel around 2:30, waiting for 3:00 check-in.Unfortunately, we waited 2 hours after check-in time for our room's. People came in after us and their room's were ready. Don't know where the miscommunication went wrong.

Great location
This is a great place to stay in Athens! It is a beautiful and comfortable apartment. It provides easy access to the metro. It is close to Monastiraki, the Acropolis and many historic tourist destinations. There is a lot of night life surrounding this area and of course great restaurants.You are definitely in the center of it all.

We stayed as a family. The location felt very safe and was walkable to all the sights and great dining. The staff had excellent communication. We would highly recommend this accommodation. It made our stay in the Athens so enjoyable, especially with air condition. We would not have survived the heat without it!

Would definitely stay again.
A very nice apart-hotel in a nice location. Very central, but just “out of the way” enough to avoid the hustle and bustle if you choose. The nights can be a little noisy (from outside), but that shouldn’t be a problem if you’re out yourself! The apartment itself is very quiet - no noise from neighbours within the building. Easy check-in, and door code based, so you don’t have to worry about losing the key.

Great location & very clean
We loved the dual master setup with sitting area and kitchenette in the middle. Location was great. Front desk staff, while a little difficult to find, were very accommodating and helpful. Only cons were it had a safe that didn’t work, the hot water was a little tricky with the button, and we had to take out our own trash at checkout. Overall, I would totally recommend as it was in a great area and very nice and clean. I felt very secure with building and room codes to get in.

Enjoyed our stay at Color Cube (blue) apartment. Loved loved the location. So many restaurants and shops all walking distance at the central of town. Apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family. Communication and service was excellent with the host. They arranged our transfer to and from hotel to airport which made our lives easier. Very pleasant stay, couldn’t ask for more. We would consider staying here again!

We spent a couple of days in the Aqua Apartment and were very happy with it. It’s right at the end of a street with lots of restaurants. Walk to the end and you’ll get the Tower of the Winds and an excellent view of the Acropolis.

Love the property. Very clean, spacious, quiet and modern looking. Host is attentive and easy to be contacted. Check-in/check-out is a piece of cake. Location is super: near restaurants and attractions. One inconvenience: hot water for shower is not instantly ready. Has to wait for 30minutes to use and will only last 10-15minutes so there are more than 3 in your group, might want to divide the shower to a group of 3 if you don’t want to end up half way with cold water. However, I believe this is a problem for that part of town.

This is the most amazing property we could have stayed in all of Athens. It is extremely close and central to all of the main areas of Athens, yet oddly quite once you enter the apartment. Appartement très propre et bien situé Accès par code facile Le seul bémol est concernant le fonctionnement pour l eau chaude: il faut appuyer sur un bouton pour déclencher le cumulus qui forcément ne peut pas chauffer l eau en 30 min comme annoncé Il faut donc penser à appuyer plusieurs fois par jour sur ce bouton pour ne pas avoir le droit à une douche froide le soir après une journée d excursion bien chargée comme nous en avons eu le droit… j ai signalé le problème mais personne ne m a jamais répondu …

We decided not to provide 24/7 hot water for environmental reasons (heating water all day is electricity consuming). We suggest you press the button 2 times a day (morning and afternoon) and that keeps the water hot all day.

Right in the middle of the psiri area. Wonderful apartment with a lot of food options right at the doorstep. Apartment is new, and has all the facilities that you could wish for. Owners are very approachable, though via WhatsApp. Had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended

El apartamento es precioso, está igual que en las fotos. Muy buena comunicación con las propietarias. Muy bien situado, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que el agua caliente dura muy poco y te tienes que esperar a que se caliente durante media hora.

Regarding hot water after a heating sircle is completed, you can press tha button again and enjoy extra hot water. Heating is upon demand to maintaing low energy consumption for enviromental reasons.

Great neighborhood but a bit noisy with churchbells at 7:00 and early waist disposal

Thank you for your time to write a review. Indeed the apartments are located in the heart of historic Athens. There are many churches around, mainly the bells are activated on Sunday morning or if there is a christian celebration.
