By far the most disappointing hotel stay of our Ireland trip. Room was visibly worn and poorly maintained. Multiple visible stains on bedding, bed area and upholstered furniture (see photos). The first one we got for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) was a huge corner room with floor to ceiling windows, some of which were cracked. Since there were two openable windows in the room, we were able to get the air to circulate a bit. Wi-Fi in that part of the hotel was an issue. It continuously dropped service after a couple of minutes, so our room was changed to...

"Spa works for those staying in the hotel during office hours.!irony when check in time for hotel is 3:00 pm and spa only opens until 4:30 pm with a 20 euros fees.Breakfast room is very busy with limited choices for food. Food not good at all. Rooms have pillows that are very uncomfortable. Don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel."

"Very nice place for a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was underground parking. Only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Latin quarter for $13 euro cab ride. While we were there we saw cleaning going on lots. vacuuming, sanitizing door handles and railings etc."
