"Third time staying. Great location for accessing DMU"

"Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Close to shopping."

"Bedroom pillows could have been a bit softer. The water was tepid and could’ve got hotter."

"I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. "I enjoyed my stay"

"Great location, friendly staff however challenging when a football match is on with the stadium next door."

"Although we almost turned around upon walking down the block towards the guest house, I am glad we stayed there. Paul, the custodian, was charming and helpful, the facilities were adequate, and access to food make a simple breakfast was nice, but every room should have a fan. We appreciated the price, but will not stay there again."

"The Abbey Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone. Accessible for people with disabilities as well. Great reception staff. 10/10 would stay again."

In actuality the hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. There is restaurant to the hotel you have to go out side and go to a restaurant next door. Not ideal."

There was pink staining on the shower floor and the only chair had a broken spindle on the back - when I went to move it, the top rail separated entirely from the remaining spindles and I had to pop it back...
