All of the staff were very friendly. Some staff speak English. There are a free shuttle to Atami station. You need to make a reservation.

想像以上に部屋が広く、サービスも充分でした。 少し高いかなと予約時は思いましたが、相応のサービスを受けられたと思いました。 強いて言えば道中の道幅が狭く、且つ街灯がないため夜間の移動は非常に怖かったです。 行政に要望すべきところですので宿側に責任はないのですが、事実としてコメントしておきます。また機会があれば利用を検討します。

とても落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルで、お部屋もゆったりとしていて豊かな時間を過ごせました。 山の斜面に建てられた落ち着いた施設である反面、周辺での買い物や飲食は難しく、駅周辺で買ってくる必要があります。 ただホテル内でコーヒーの無料提供があり、部屋中の冷蔵庫には提供品としてビール、お茶、サイダーとジュースがありました。 部屋からの景色も素敵でしたが、屋上テラスやタタミラウンジ、ライブラリーラウンジなどがあり、場所を変えながら気分を変えて過ごすことができます。 総じてとても満足のいく滞在となりました。

食事付きプランを予約しないとホテル内で食事できません

チェックインの際「素泊まりプラン」なので食事はできませんと言われました。朝食さえもです。予約時にはそんなこと書いてありませんでしたし、施設紹介にはレストランがある旨記載がありました。 ホテルは山の中にあるので食事の度にタクシーで熱海市内まで出ていくなんて無理だし、食事は出せませんの一点張りなので、仕方なくチェックアウトして他のホテルに泊まりました。 宿泊費が無駄になりました。 予約される方はご注意ください。

ゆっくりのんびり過ごす人にはとても良い！

周辺には徒歩で気軽に行けるお店等は皆無です。ただ、送迎車やタクシー等車を使えば駅前の商店街などへのアクセスは時間もかからずにいけます。 のんびりと過ごすにはとても良いホテルだと思います。 温泉も広くはないものの、清潔感があって使いやすかったです。

1番気に入ったのはお食事です！6600円で10品、しかも素材が良いのでどのお料理もとって美味しくて大満足でした！お部屋も綺麗で、空気清浄機もあり、気を使っていただいているなと思いました。少し立て付けが悪いところもありましたが、特に気にならなかったです。 部屋に内風呂があったので大浴場は夜に一度だけ利用したのですが、とっっっても寒かったです笑　というのも、ほぼ露天風呂で、窓が全て網戸だったため、洗う場所もお風呂場も全て外でした笑 お風呂に関しては、冬場は内風呂付きのお部屋を予約した方が良いかもしれません、、、 内風呂はヒノキのお風呂でとても匂いが良く、癒されました！また内風呂でもちゃんと温泉の湯が出てくるのが嬉しかったです。 また機会があればぜひ利用したいです！！

惜しい、、、

高台にあるので、熱海駅前から向かう際は、細く、急勾配の坂道をクネクネ向かう必要があり、乗ってる車によっては運転に注意が必要です。 ナビでやっと到着しましたが、ホテルの入口を通り過ぎてしまい、パサニア側の入り口から敷地内に入りました。 エントランスに着くとすぐにホテルのドアマンが駐車場の場所と案内してくれました！車を駐車し、荷物を持って玄関に向かうと、そのドアマンが親切にフロントまで案内してくださいました！ フロントの方もスムーズにチェックインの対応をして下さり、説明も丁寧にして安心しました。 部屋に入り、部屋の中を確認していたところ、クローゼットの中にゴキジェットが置いてあったので、「えっ？」って思いました。 ですが、さほど気にせず滞在していました。 ひとまず露天風呂に入りに行き、運転の疲れを癒やしにいきました。ちょうど1グループが風呂上がったところで、貸し切りに！気持ち良くお湯に浸かれました。 朝起きて、朝風呂に浸かりに露天風呂に行くと、男女入れ替わり、海と朝日が綺麗に見えるほうのお風呂で、最高の気分になりました！ その後部屋に戻りチェックアウトまでゆっくりしていたところ、ソファ横の壁際の隅に、何やら1cmくらいの動く物体がいました。ゴキブリではなかったですが、1匹虫がいました。そのあとは、それがどこにいるか気になり、TVを見ながらもずっと気になってしまいました。 滞在は良かったのですが、「虫」だけがポイントを下げてしまってます。高級さを売りにして、『ラグジュアリーホテル』と謳われる施設としては、これは無いかなと感じました。

静かな宿

静かな環境で、いい宿です。ただし、周囲には何もありませんので、食事などはレストランか、車で街に出るしかありません。部屋に４Kテレビがあるので、PCモニターがわりにできます。ワーケーション（贅沢版）にはいいかもしれませんね。体力の無い方は、駅から歩こうなどと考えないほうがいいですよ。（笑）
