"I was extremely disappointed that the hotel bar closed at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday night when it was advertised as being open until 1:00 a.m. This was especially frustrating given the huge country concert taking place that evening. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when we questioned the early closing. Guests should be able to rely on the hotel’s advertised hours, and the staff should handle these situations professionally. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise...

"The only issue is that it said it had an indoor pool, but it did not"

"From check in to check out staff was excellent. The place isn’t fancy but modern and very clean."

"Grout in bathroom is coming up."

"Shower’s water in the bathtub didn’t drain accordingly, so we couldn’t take a shower. And there was no remote controller for TV in the room. The hotel couldn’t make a remedy for the situation , which is never acceptable."

"The hotel was old but cleanish and the room was big. Very loud, you can hear everything in the rooms around you. The area is sketchy."

"We stayed here as quick stop in our 12 hours drive. I felt the room was adaquate with everything we needed. The beds were fairly comfortable. The room was clean. the breakfast was great, especially coming with the reservation. This appears to be an older hotel that has done a nice job trying to keep things up to date. ( I only say this because the bathtub/shower does say its age) But it certainly did the trick! I would definately stay here anytime!"

"The staff was amazing. Super helpful and kind. The room was one of the most beautiful and elegant places we’ve stayed at and the hotel amenities, and restaurant was just something I’ll never forget. Thank you for this experience!"

"Excellent hotel!! Highly recommend!!"

"Very spacious and the staff was nice and kind and helpful"

"Eu tive problemas com o hotel. Eles passaram dois cartoes na hora de fazer a minha reserva e cobraram o valor duas vezes de mim. Até agora nao recebi o reembolso dos 900 dolares que eles debitaram da minha conta. Entao minha experiencia nao foi muito agradavel com este hotel."

"Second time staying in a month. A well maintained facility with friendly staff."

"Comfort of bed and pillows. Great shower. Bar tender wasn’t the most pleasant but she made a good margarita."
