The first night was a write-off in terms of sleep. Staff gave a late booking to a couple who had been drinking in the pub, and they stayed up most of the night with the TV on at a very high volume. Breakfast - just brought plate without asking what I actually want to have for full English?? This place is not good - cannot recommend. One bright spot was easy parking. "

"Got a free upgrade to the Casablanca, gorgeous room, with living area and bedroom, 2 toilets, a shower room and free standing bath, also a kitcheb area where tea coffe and milk was supplied. The room was lovely and clean and smelt really nice. The bed was huge and very comfy. Location was great and communication from the host was good. Would definitely stay again."

Not great was serving time and overall state of chairs and tables. Chairs were absolutely uncomfortable and tables wabbly in restaurant and breakfast room. Parking was OK, but road into property is full of potholes."
