Bathroom light was insufficient and dangerous bathtub footing, towel warmer (wall heater) was not working at all. We complained every day but they did not bother to fix. Breakfast was nice enough. The view from room was pleasant.

It was EXCELLENT experiences for me. The staffs at the lobby including BRK server Danielle were absolutely good. But, guests made noises a lot. It was very awful to me. Thanx for all of ye kindness.

폰테벨라 호텔에서의 숙박은 너무 훌륭한 경험이였습니다. 좋은 주차장과 훌륭한 위치였고, 안내해주시는 직원 분이 너무 친절하였습니다. 뷰는 진짜 끝내줍니다... 제일 감동이였던 것은 아침 조식입니다... 아침 조식에서 단감,귤 등을 서비스로 받고 너무 친절한 직원분의 대우를 받았습니다.

위치: 어짜피 아시시 역에서 택시타고 이동해야하기때문에 대부분의 호텔 위치는 고만고만함. 주변 이동하기 좋은 위치에 있음. 뷰: 계곡 전망 뷰 예약햇는데 계곡은 모르겠고 뷰는 끝짱나게 좋음. 객실: 깔끔하고 클래식한 느낌. 욕조도 있음. 어메니티 잇음. 서비스: 프론트 직원분들은 응대 잘 해주고 친절한듯. 하지만 조식 담당 서버인지 직원인지 하여튼 여자 직원은 이게 마일드한 인종차별인지는 모르겠으나 서양인에게만 커피 주문 받아서 갖다줌. 동양인은 셀프로 갖다먹어야하는건가?:) 원래 안해주는 서비스이고, 그 서양인 가족에게만 특별히 해준 서비스라면 할말은 없지만 약간은 불쾌했음. 심지어 접시에 잼,버터 등등 다양한 맛이 잇길래 여러가지 갖다놓았는데 손가락으로 잼 건드리면서 이거 다 먹을 거냐고^^ 물어봄. 둘이 먹기에는 많아 보였나봄? 그래도 그게 직원이 할 행동인지는 아직도 의문임. 먹던 말던 손가락으로 가르켜가며 “너네 이거 다 먹을거야?” 는 정말 황당하고 불쾌 그자체..

Wonderful stay at Fontebella.
We were delighted with the friendly helpful staff. The location was magnificent. Our room overlooked the valley and the view was spectacular. The breakfast provided was the best we had in all our hotel stays. Although our three nights were quite pricey, we would love to return.

객실에서 바라보는 경치가 정말 꿈같았어요. 객실 내부도 휼륭했고, 조식당도 편안했습니다. 특히, 예약한 2개의 객실중에 3인실은 복층으로 안내 받았는데, 실내 에어컨이 중앙컨드롤방식이였지만, 불편하지 않았고, 실내가 너무 아름다웠어요. 직원들이 전문적이고, 친절했어요. 이번 여행에서 가장 만족한 호텔이였습니다. 다시 방문할 수 있기 바래요.

The hotel is very centrally located in the 'Centro Storico'. We had a lovely room with a beautiful view of the countryside. Bathroom on the small side but we had all the facilities. We were able to park our car just outside the hotel on the first night and in a car park close by the second night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included.

Within the walls of Assisi, the hotel is one of few to offer parking on site. Very helpful staff, pleasant room with great view, fresh honeycomb at breakfast! Convenient to everything in this beautiful town.

The staff was awesome. Alberto was real knowledgeable and attentive during our wine and oil tasting. The room view was amazing. The parking was perfect. There were a few challenges though. When we first checked in, the sign at the front desk stated wine and oil tasting for 15euro a piece. We asked about it, and the person at the desk said yes, wine and oil tasting for 15 euro a piece was available. We booked it, had a good time, and when we checked out, they charged us 10 euros more stating it was wine OR oil tasting for 15 euro a piece. But the oil tasting was one tasting of oil and one breadstick make with oil. I think they were wrong in doing this. The sign clearly stated AND, not OR. Another issue was the air conditioning could only be controlled by the front desk. During our three day stay I had to call down five times to have them keep the air on. It was very off putting. We lived in Italy for 3 years, and never ran across this. Lastly, the room had an electrical box on the walll direclty above our bed. At night, the green light indicating the electrical box was working was like a green flash light going across the room. there was no way to turn it off. very challenging to get to sleep with the light on.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Ambiente agradável com funcionários gentis. Merece atenção para o espaço de estacionamento que é pouco e também que os quartos, apesar de lindos, nos banheiros são utilizados banheiras. Que no meu caso, solicitei um tapete antiderrapante pois estavamos com minha mãe de 80 anos, e infelizmente não fomos atendidos. Ademais muito bom o hotel.

Well, I arrived and they did not have my reservation. Went on my email to show them. Never was offered any perk for my hotel.com "status," not even a free bottle of water. Otherwise, the place was lovely and staff were good.

We didn't expect Assisi to be so quiet after 7:00 p.m. By the time we got to the hotel, we did not have very many options for dinner. The room was comfortable and spacious and we would definitely stay here again!
