"Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days I got tired of eating the same thing. "Beautiful room and welcome package of wine and slippers, calming relaxing location with spectacular view from restaurant. Self parking available as well as courtesy transfer into old town Chania. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would definitely return to this hotel."

"The spa was booked the whole time of our visit is what we were told. So, we didn't get that opportunity. The pool was well kept, a little chilly to sit outside, though. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there."
