"When we first entered the room, it was filled with a very strong perfume smell, so we had to open the window for ventilation. However, the room faces the highway, making it too noisy to keep the window open at night. After closing the window, the strong fragrance remained, and it woke me up during the night. This made it difficult to rest comfortably. "

They were exceptionally helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a guest. The newly renovated gym was also fantastic — modern, clean, and very well equipped. It was a great addition to the overall experience. "The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre. "
