"Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ornament Hotels & Apartments in Sarajevo and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay and were always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it had two bathrooms, which was a great bonus! "Location was perfect, right in the center of main atractions and everything you might need close (bank, food, coffee, groceries…). Personal was super nice and helpful, great recommendations for tours (Spirit) and always checking on us. Definitely recommend! Thanks a lot!"

"Very convenient location in old town. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Only complaint was parking. Very hard to get in and out of parking space although staff did help me navigate. City does not seem to give tickets to people who park illegally and block you in your parking space."

"Very clean hotel, fantastic location. Very clean with lots of natural sunlight with great views. It’s across the street from the old town. Also a 5-10 minute walk from other attractions. I originally stayed at a hotel about a 15 minute drive and finding taxis can be challenging so I switched to the Ornament and I’m so happy I did. The staff at the Ornament Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends."

"The staff were amazing, but there were a few little quirks with the room. We had 3 different minor maintenance issues and the room design was a bit odd and everyone should pay attention to the room they book. The ceilings are sloped so even at 5 foot tall, you will be bonking your head. They show photos so it is my fault for not paying attention, but at 5 foot even never had that issue before. Jenn"

"Vi bodde i ett rum med egen stor (20kvm+)terrass med fantastiskt utsikt över staden(Trebevic linbana, Bistrik, Miljacka, Sebilj, Bascarsija). Hotellet finns i hjärtat av Gamla stan där allt ligger nära, på gångavstånd. Rent och fint, modernt. Stora badrum, sköna sängar, fantastiska vyer, fin frukost, vänlig och professionell personal. Återkommer gärna!!"

"Otel çok merkezi bir yerde ,ilk gün giriş yaparken bir hanımefendi ile muhatap olduk ve o ilk ve son oldu :) kaldığımız 4 gün boyunca hiç bir çalışan görmedik . Ama bu bizi hiç rahatsız etmedi hatta bence iyi bile oldu ;). Olması gerektiği kadar temiz ve düzenliydi. Aralık ayında gitmiştik ve çok sıcaktı bu bizi çok mutlu etti . Teşekkürler. "
